RIVERTON BOYS SOCCER 2012 - CONDITIONING UPDATE - as of Jan 3,2012

Conditioning for the boys soccer team will begin at 3:00pm on Thursday, 1/5/2012.
It will be held every Tuesday and Thursday until tryouts which are Feb. 27-29.
Anyone who is interested in playing soccer is welcome to come to conditioning sessions, including 9th graders.
Ninth graders should just come over after school gets out, please don't check out to come to the conditioning sessions; I realize you will be a little later than 3:00 pm.
Please meet at the trophy cases by the gym. If the weather is decent (above 40) plan on going outside, so bring warm ups, gloves, and running shoes.
This is strictly conditioning, no ball work will be done.
